Robert Edward Grisbach passed away on August 16, 2020 at the age of 88. Born and raised in Pasadena, California, he served in the United States Navy for four years before returning to Pasadena to marry Sonja Jacobsen, his high school sweetheart. From the age of fourteen, Robert worked at and later owned the Glass House, in Pasadena, established by his father in 1943 and currently owned by his son. Robert enjoyed spending time with his family, visiting San Clemente and Lake Tahoe, and looked forward to his annual Naval reunions for the crew of the John R. Craig DD885. He was a member of Our Savior Lutheran Church. Robert leaves behind his wife of sixty-three years, Sonja; children, Robert Jr. (Virginia), John (Laurie), Christine (Cameron), Anne-Marie [deceased] (Spencer); grandchildren, Garrett (Lexi), Danielle (Robert), Lauren, Spencer T., Eric, Neil; great-grandchildren, McCae, Berklee, Gage, Oakleigh and Jeremy.
