Haydee Guzman

Mountain View Mortuary & Cemetery

**Obituary for Haydee Emma Guzman** In loving memory of Haydee Emma Guzman, who passed away on March 2, 2025, at the age of 90. Haydee was a beacon of kindness and generosity, whose life was filled with love and dedication to her family and community. Born on November 15, 1934, Haydee's journey was marked by her vibrant spirit, a characteristic that resonated in every person she encountered. Haydee was the proud and devoted mother of six daughters: Sonia Cairo, Mirna Guzman, Evelyn Guzman, Corina Guzman, Norma Guzman-Armendariz, and Karla Bush, each of whom she cherished deeply. Her daughters remember her as a loving and supportive matriarch, always encouraging them to pursue their dreams with the same ambition and energy that defined her own life. Descriptions of Haydee often include her exceptional sense of humor and her unwavering honesty. These traits, combined with her considerate and compassionate nature, made her a beloved figure in her community. Haydee’s capacity to bring joy and laughter to those around her was unparalleled, and she leaves behind a legacy of warmth and kindness. The funeral service will be held at Cabot & Sons Chapel, located at 27 Chestnut Street, Pasadena, CA 91103. It will be a time to celebrate Haydee’s life, and to remember the joyful moments and impact she has had on all of us. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the family, honoring Haydee’s generous spirit by supporting those she loved most. Haydee's presence in our lives was truly a gift, and while her physical presence will be deeply missed, her spirit and legacy will continue to influence all who had the privilege of knowing her. May she rest in peace, forever cherished in our hearts.
